Women’s financial inclusion takes center stage for International Women’s Day podcast

Women’s financial inclusion and access to finance were the topics of focus during a special International Women’s Day-themed podcast on March 8. FINCA Impact Finance VP & Regional Director for the Middle East & South Asia, Zar Wardak, joined Gayatri Patel (CARE USA) and Caroline Hubbard (National Democratic Institute) – two women leaders in the field of gender advocacy – to discuss the ways access to finance empowers women around the world, how financial inclusion leads to women’s political participation, and the role corporations can play to advance gender parity.
