Holly Morris

Board Director

Holly Morris has 25 years of distinguished experience as a corporate board director, company officer and operations executive. She specializes in enterprise-level strategies and transformative business process improvements in the financial services, IT, government and manufacturing sectors.

Since 2012, Ms. Morris has been advising global IT services companies such as Deloitte to improve their business and messaging strategies. Additionally, she serves as a board advisor for Live.Give.Save, a financial services startup focused on helping young adults save for retirement. She has also served as the lead board director of NIIT Technologies, a $400 million global IT services company.

From 2006 to 2012, Ms. Morris served as the CIO and Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Thrivent Financial, a not-for-profit Fortune 500 financial institution with more than $75 billion in assets under management. As a member of the executive team, she led a $250 million digital transformation program to support the company’s long-term growth. Prior to joining Thrivent, Ms. Morris served as the Senior Vice President of Technologies at American Express Global Financial Services and in both CIO and CTO positions at ING, in addition to a number of other IT-related roles.

Holly Morris holds a B.A. from Kent State University and both M.A. and P.H.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota. She also holds a master’s in software management from the School of Engineering at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
